Refund policy
All Asabag Cymbals are covered by a 14-day grace period, allowing customers to return any cymbal for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it if the cymbal is unsuitable for any reason. Customers are required to contact us within this grace period and are responsible for the return postage and any applicable import charges, taxes, etc. All returned cymbals will be carefully inspected for signs of abuse or damage, and a refund will be issued if the cymbal meets our inspection criteria.
All original Asabag Cymbals come with a 12-month guarantee against damage resulting from manufacturing flaws, starting from the date of purchase. Customers who wish to return a cymbal for inspection should first contact us to discuss the damage and available options for refund or repair.
For unique original Asabag Cymbals, an exact replacement may not be possible. In such cases, we will work with the customer to explore options for refund, repair, or credit towards a future purchase.
Please note that cymbals showing signs of abuse, mishandling (e.g., being dropped), or misuse (e.g., excessive playing force) will not be covered and will be returned at the customer's expense.
If a cymbal is older than the 12-month warranty period, we are open to discussing reduced-price repair options, assuming no signs of abuse, as detailed above.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
